If you've been feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or like you never truly settle, you're not alone.

Many of us move through our days carrying more than we were ever meant  to hold.

The constant stream of information.

The pressure to keep up.

The feeling that we should be doing more.

The racing mind.

The tension we carry without realizing it.

We may know what supports well-being. We might meditate, exercise, eat nourishing food, or take a walk outdoors. Yet underneath it all, we still feel rushed, disconnected, anxious, or exhausted.

What if the answer isn't doing more?

What if your body is simply longing to remember what it has always known?

Nature offers something our nervous systems have evolved with for thousands of years: relationship.

When we intentionally engage with the natural world, we begin to remember what it feels like to be safe, connected, and at ease.

Decades of neuroscience and emerging research show that intentional time with Nature helps regulate the nervous system, reduce stress, improve emotional well-being, and restore our capacity for connection.

Join us for this free webinar as we explore, through both teaching and guided practice, how the natural world can become one of our greatest allies in cultivating greater calm, resilience, and a deeper sense of belonging.

You'll experience these principles firsthand and leave with simple practices you can return to long after our time together.

Participate from anywhere, even from the comfort of your own couch.

During this webinar, you'll discover:

  • Why stress can become "stuck" in the nervous system, even after stressful events have passed.
  • What research says about how intentional experiences in natural settings can reduce physiological stress, restore attention, improve emotional well-being, and support healthier nervous system regulation.
  • How slowing down creates the conditions for healing, calm, and greater resilience.
  • A new way of relating to the natural world that supports both personal and planetary well-being.
  • Simple practices you can begin using immediately in your everyday life.

This webinar is for you if...

You often feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stretched thin.

You long to feel more grounded in your daily life.

You love Nature but aren't sure how to intentionally work with her for healing.

You are seeking tools for your own well-being or are interested in sharing nature-based practices with others.

Or perhaps you simply have a sense that something in you is longing to reconnect.

This isn't simply about spending time outside.

It's about engaging your senses, deepening your relationship with the living world, and remembering that we belong to Nature. From that place of connection, we often discover a greater sense of presence, well-being, and aliveness.

Through guided practices and reflection, you'll experience these principles firsthand and leave with simple ways to continue the practice long after the webinar ends.
